Our AC went out unexpectedly, not only did Danny offer a portable but he was able to get a vendor out to us on a Saturday so we didn't have to suffer the Florida heat until that Monday. Thanks Danny!
Great job to Danny & his quick response to getting our HVAC repaired. He showed care and empathy to our situation and did everything he could to make sure we were taken care of in a timely manner and we appreciate it.
Crystal Hensley is a very professional and courteous member of your team. She corrected all the things we pointed out during move in and made our home feel like it mattered. Lawn care was fixed by “The Dude” and he exceeded our expectations. Very much appreciated!

I am so happy progress residential they are the best I did a transfer and the young lady Katie Glynn was with me every step of the way she was very helpful very nice and answered all of my questions I will recommend them to all my friends and family that is looking for a home

I had a problem with my dishwasher. It was leaving a horrible chalk-like residue on my dishes. The first repairman that came on Monday, 1/24 "fiddled around" with the inside and said he couldn't help me as he wasn't a plumber. When he left, I ran it and not only did it leave the residue, it did not drain! Scott Jones, from Progress, came on Thursday, 1/27 and checked it out. Said I needed a new pump and ordered it. Customer service experience on the phone was lackluster, but Ernest and Ken were awesome! They quickly assessed issue and had it fixed in no time. They saved the day!
