Waste of your time and money After reading the positive reviews I decided to purchase this product. As soon as I started making labels for my new tool cabinet it was immediately apparent that I chose the wrong labeler. The first label came out and didn't complete the spelling of the word. I tried it again and the end of the last word I spelled came up in front of the new word. Third try it worked. Next label I made came out and one of the characters was not readable. Tried it again and it came out with incorrect spacing and ... read more

Inefficient for individual labels Good for occasional use or printing several identical short labels. Uses 1-2 sets of batteries per roll of labels. Very limited number of characters per string. For single label wastes about 40% of tape. No functional tab.

Eats Batteries This thing eats batteries. You'll have to get the wildly overpriced AC adapter.

Expect about 3 labels per 6 batteries I have never had any type of device that ate batteries like this. I had an older version of the Brother P-Touch label maker and it was simpler, used less tape and the batteries lasted a long time. It stopped working after quite a few years, so I replaced it with this. It's complicated to use (too many options), uses way too much tape per label, and after printing 3 or 4 labels the Low Battery message comes on. I get a few more labels out of it before the batteries die completely. I would... read more

Ok, but guzzles tape and batteries Good, but guzzles batteries and tape. Especially, wasting an extra inch and a half of tape after each print is unforgivable
