Stephanie is a sweet heart and so kind. However I am wondering if they are not understaffed. Everytime I called, my call was never returned, no one called me back, they never called back as planned to do a booster (we lost all the efficiency/money of the first shots). The first time we even neither received the results of the fecal test we purchased. (Hopefully this time, we got a commercial gesture: nail cutting for free). The Doctors and staff are extremely patient and caring . I have a geriatric Himalayian and when I left I knew the Veterinarian had my kittie in her best interest. When it came time to put Fluffy down the entire staff were very patient and sympathetic . The y gave me all the time I needed and the barrevement room was cozy and warm. If you need , vaciines, a wellness visit or surgeries I recommend Pure Paws In Hells Kitchen, You wont regreat it .Your pet deserves the best and Pure Paws Can provide it.

Amazing experience! I had to bring my dachshund in for an emergency visit on a Sunday. From the moment I arrived the staff was very friendly and accommodating and tended to my dog immediately. Both the vet and the assistant were also friendly and knowledgeable. They reassured me that my little girl would be ok and my dog is well on her way to recovery. They also have yummy lamb lung treats which are now my dogs favorite. I have been to several vets in the area and this place is the best by far.

Exceptionally kind staff from the front desk to the exam room. Dr. Schechter and his assistant were very gentle examining my cat and patient enough to take a full history of her symptoms. I'm pretty sure they both stayed late to make sure I had some of the test results before I left, which was above and beyond and very appreciated.

As a new dog parent, I made the mistake of switching up my dog's food too abruptly because I read some bad internet advice. This caused my dog to have extreme diarrhea that included blood. He even vomited once. I freaked out and ran to the closest vet that had a high Yelp rating and man, I'm so glad I did. Everyone was so helpful, efficient, and kind, and Dr Schechter was available by email every freaking day. Can you imagine a human doctor answering your frantic emails about poop almost everyday? I love this place! They don't always charge you just because you walked in the door! The vet twice has only charged me for what she did even though she still checked my dog and cat thoroughly! They didn't push extra things on me. Eric the vet tech is amazing with the pets! Dr. Liff is great! Even the receptionists are super! And I have always been able to get an appointment quickly!

Okay they are simply amazing. Repeat just amazing. They took my dog same day appointment and worked with my schedule. I never had vet who takes an appointment 7pm. Not only that the Dr(female) and the technician were so friendly and listen to my concerns and answer to all the questions that I have. Highly recommended

Just took our pug and puggle to pure paws for their annual checkup and vaccines. Great team! So friendly! The location is very convenient, and the facility is very modern. The pricing was better than my old vet in HK. Will definitely be making them our primary vet. Good hours of operation too, which makes it all the better!

Great service! I called around 11 AM and they took me at 1PM the same day. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff, to the nurse, to the vet. They were very professional, but also communicated with me and helped me make decisions rather than making them for me. They also quoted all treatments and medications before doing anything. I'm from upstate, but anytime I need a visit while in the city I will definitely be going here!
