I have to say, as wary as I usually am with dealership (because of my lack of knowledge on cars), Quality Buick really exceeded my expectations! After doing routine oil change at my local carshop, the local carshop let me know I should probably drop by a certified Buick service place and have them replace a catalytic converter, because it looked like my car needed replacement (from more research of why my engine light kept coming up). The staff at Quality Buick GMC are absolutely the best! My wife and I were on our way home to Minnesota and we had issues with our GMC Yukon. They took care of us from the minute we walked in to when our vehicle was repaired. This all took place in an absolutely short amount of time. The service department gets a 10 out of 10. If I lived in Albuquerque this is the only dealership I would ever consider using! Not only did they get us back on the road in record time they also checked in on us to make sure everything was going ... read more
