I ordered from Quality Buick GMC using the web site they own, gmpartsstore.com. The Website provided phone number typically only goes to voice mail. Once when they answered, I got transferred around till my only option was , you guessed it, voice mail. They have charged my account (via PayPal) but after 4 days have no provided confirmation or shipping information. Alternate phone numbers are not answered. Stay away from them. The owner of the used lot cussed me out and threatened to sue because my boyfriend lost his job during COVID and couldn't keep the car due to lack of employment. Said he was planning on suing ME for wasting his time and putting miles on the car. I called to see if they had or could replace my garage door opener that was left in the car. Extremely unprofessional, rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. I bought my car at M&F Auto, super nice people! There are too many used car lots on Lomas for anyone to go to this dump.

The dealership is a joke. They have had my truck for three months saying they are trying to get parts for a new truck that shouldn't be broke anyway. Now they dropped their offer to purchase the truck by 6000 even though it's been at the dealership for months. This purchase from Quality has been a nightmare from the very beginning! I guess the next thing is contacting my attorney. I didn't want to come to this but I don't know what to do anymore they're still holding my truck.

Worst Service and Parts department experience I've had. My wife went to purchase a new key for our Yukon Denali due to family circumstances we couldn't control. The service department told the parts department they only needed one key to program it instead of 2 telling my wife she could have our $70000 truck back by close of business today. They failed to tell my wife that they needed two keys instead of one leaving her stranded in ABQ with two little kids, no clothes or a place to stay.
