Worst Service and Parts department experience I've had. My wife went to purchase a new key for our Yukon Denali due to family circumstances we couldn't control. The service department told the parts department they only needed one key to program it instead of 2 telling my wife she could have our $70000 truck back by close of business today. They failed to tell my wife that they needed two keys instead of one leaving her stranded in ABQ with two little kids, no clothes or a place to stay. My experience has been nightmarish to say the least. I ordered a part from them on 12/5. After several unsuccessful attempts by phone and email to verify the shipping address for the order immediately after placing it, I sent an email on 12/6 cancelling the order. To that time I had received no confirmation that the order was even received by them. I then received a shipping confirmation and sent an email telling them that I had cancelled the order. I scheduled a an appointment for a safety recall 5 days in advance of appointment. I received a confirmation email, I even received an email asking if I wanted to purchase new wipers for my car while I'm there. I arrive for my appointment and they don't have me in the system anywhere. They act like they are doing me a favor by getting me in today. Oops, "sorry, we don't keep that part in stock". They wanted to reschedule. I said, "no thank you."

Purchased a NEW 2017 Terrain from the dealership in June of 2017. Immediately the Air Conditioning system went on the fritz. After three years of trips back and forth to the service department, and three summers of unreliable air conditions, the dealership has done absolutely nothing to try to repair the vehicle. The vehicle came with a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty that was in the end useless. Not a slice screw was turned or nut tightened in an attempt to repair the NEW vehicle that I purchase.
