Purchased a NEW 2017 Terrain from the dealership in June of 2017. Immediately the Air Conditioning system went on the fritz. After three years of trips back and forth to the service department, and three summers of unreliable air conditions, the dealership has done absolutely nothing to try to repair the vehicle. The vehicle came with a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty that was in the end useless. Not a slice screw was turned or nut tightened in an attempt to repair the NEW vehicle that I purchase. Purchased a NEW 2017 Terrain from the dealership in June of 2017. Immediately the Air Conditioning system went on the fritz. My 92 year-old mom was told she couldn't drive anymore, so I was sent to Missouri to get her 2014 Buick Encore, drive it to California and present it to my daughter and her husband. Somewhere a few miles east of Albuquerque, the check engine light came on. It was 4:15pm and, somewhat nervous, I called Quality Buick-GMC and told the service advisor I was in transit on I-40 and would like to stop by for a quick check. I took my 2010 Acadia in because the check enging light was on. I was first told it would cost 100.00 for the diagnostic test. The next thing I hear is that now it is going to cost 200.00 for the test. When Mario calls me back, he proceeds to tell me that my automobile needs $6000.00 worth of repairs. I am a woman, so I questioned him further. He finally told me that I would not have to do 4000.00 of it right away. I took my friend's dad with me to talk to Mario about my car.
