I took my in for a oil change and a burnt out headlight. They called 2 hours later and said it was ready. When I arrived to pick it up I checked the headlight and it had not been fixed. They said I had to start my process all over again and it took another 2 hours. The checklist they gave me even showed it was checked off as ok. This makes me feel like they do not do a thorough job Why bother with a checklist if they don't really check it. This is the first time I took my car to a dealer for service. I called in multiple times to speak with Gary the "parts manager" and Left voicemails with any manager I could. Spoke with a Jennifer and as pleasant as she was on the phone nothing she said was true and nothing was followed through. None of my part order was filled and I was one of MANY. Called back in to speak with Jennifer or any manager but no response. That's when I wrote these reviews and filed a BBB report against your online webstore. The reviews on these other sites as well as the BBB clearly show the type of organization this dealership/online GM Parts seller is. Everyone cannot be wrong here. If a customer orders a part it needs to be the correct part that fits their vehicle. I as I'm sure others who have placed orders clearly indicated the make/model of the vehicle and incorrect parts are shipped. After purchasing my 2020 car recently in the same place, I took it for the first oil change. I didn't have any issues until I picked my car up. I left the place with two sensors going off. I called back right away and they told me that the "check tire" sensor will go away after driving the car for a few miles. I drove back to work/home and woke up the next day with a completely flat tire. I called back but they didn't care. Go somewhere else!!! They didn't do the work and after that complained they did NO FOLLOW UP. They don't care and will not help! Just heard from the manager and he said the technician removed the screw from my tire.. good thing I have before and after dated pictures. What liars !!!!
