Go somewhere else!!! They didn't do the work and after that complained they did NO FOLLOW UP. They don't care and will not help! Just heard from the manager and he said the technician removed the screw from my tire.. good thing I have before and after dated pictures. What liars !!!!

Go somewhere else!!! They didn't do the work and after that complained they did NO FOLLOW UP. They don't care and will not help! Just heard from the manager and he said the technician removed the screw from my tire.. good thing I have before and after dated pictures. What liars !!!!

Called to schedule an oil change and tire rotation. Service coordinator informs me that I will need to leave my truck for a minimum of 3 days. Apparently covid has caused the. To lose their ability to plan and manage simple procedures. What a complete joke, just tell us that you are incompetent and your management sucks.

Worst experience at a dealership in my entire life. Within a week my car died, and they acted like I should fix it. On top of that, they told me I would have 45 days until my next car payment... I got a Bill no less than 2 weeks later. My bill is due within 28 days of my purchase, it's late and effecting my credit and it's ENTIRELY THE DEALERSHIPS FAULT. Also, the sales person clearly had no idea what they were doing, told me he would get me another set of keys especially because these are broken, and I still have one broken... read more

I ordered from Quality Buick GMC using the web site they own, gmpartsstore.com. The Website provided phone number typically only goes to voice mail. Once when they answered, I got transferred around till my only option was , you guessed it, voice mail. They have charged my account (via PayPal) but after 4 days have no provided confirmation or shipping information. Alternate phone numbers are not answered. Stay away from them.
