My attempt to refinance my Ford Transit Cargo Van hit a snag. Despite my stellar credit score, they managed to ding it further. To top it off, I got a letter claiming I hadn't provided all the necessary information, even though they initially said they couldn't assist me. Talk about a comedy of errors!
Advertised the lowest rate. Then said we have no idea what was offered on credit karma. I applied for three year thirty 36. After 6 days they returned with a rate of 12.5 at 72 months. Absolutely ridiculous. Run and run fast
Worst experience ever. I have had nothing but total frustration from this company. Would never even consider them for a loan of any kind.
Everything was fine except for the individual tasked with handling my refinance. He persisted to need to consistently call and walk through each step of the process when I was perfectly capable of filling out my personal information on my own. Constantly needing additional documents, I’m not sure why they don’t just send a list of what they need right off the bat.
Very rude customer service!! No help at all!! Had me unfreeze my credit then they checked on my house finances and said my equity was bad and closed my account.
Not good interest rate and no clear factors to determine the interest rate. Not happy with the process and bad experience. I will not go again
CK as usual suggested my approval odds are "Outstanding!". Okay, go through with it, they pin TWO inquiries on my account, then send me an email that I've been declined. F RateGenius for pulling it twice and saying I have outstanding odds. F CreditKarma for shoving credit cards, insurance, refinance offers, personal loan offers, mortgages, and freaking new car loans in my face every time I log in just to check my score. Dozens of banks offer a better solution without trying to literally bully you into debt.
I was walked trough the process by a gentleman by the name of Andy amazing customer Service! They brought me down from a 18.99 interest rate to a 9.25! My Payment went from 870.00 a month to 590.00 !!! And I’ll finish paying in less time! Thank you
Lender ads is misleading. Will show lowest rate 3.5% with “outstanding” chance of approval. I have 800 CS and they can’t beat my current rate. Took a credit hit to try. On the other hand, their application process is quick and the agent is nice and courteous.
