Refinance Nightmare This place was the worst company that I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. They were rude from beginning to end. Unorganized and mismanaged. I had to file a complaint because my agent was arguing with me about being able to add my husband as a co-signer because he's here on a VISA through marriage. Automobile loan Refinanced my automobile loan to lower the interest rate. Communication took a very long time. I went a week sometimes without response. I was told my agent was away for a week and that there was issues with office power and internet.
re-fi on a vehilcle These are some of the most incompitant group I ha ve ever worked with. The application was submitted 05 Feb 2021. As of today, 15 March the loan is not completed. Loan has been out more than 30 days so we get to start all over again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
Never sent an application They steal information from credit karma to fraudulent submit applications. I went to pre qualify without giving my ss# but somehow they stole it from credit karma and applied everywhere.
