Red-eye can be very pricey- easily spend $120 per person at dinner. Is it worth the costs? Yes and no. Food is good but not always memorable. Has a great atmosphere and always a courteous and knowledgeable staff. Many times I book this spot for an after show or late night digestif / coffee and dessert. As always, I recommend the Banana Cream Pie. Also, there bar/lounge is great for an appetizer and drink before a show etc.
food is good, just seems to have a fairly limited menu. service and ambiance are great!
This is my third visit to RedEye and to be honest, I just didn't find the Branzino very good. Tiny portion and I did not like the garnish. Otherwise, the calamari was very good and you can't mess up strawberries and cream. Just can't rave about the Branzino and it's my favorite.
Availability of big tables makes this an excellent place to meet lots of friends for Sunday pre-theater brunch. Fine selection of foods and excellent service coupled with its closeness to entertainment venues make it a joy to savor.
The experience was better than expected! Excellent service and ambience. Would definitely recommend and return again.
From our amazing table with a view of Time Square to the final bit of chocolate mousse our group of 9 enjoyed the experience. We went for a business dinner and will likely be back.
Staff was very good. They made the experience a lot of fun
The staff was so nice when we first walked in and were seated right away. We sat by the window which was in a very quiet area. Staff was very attentive and service was excellent. When our food came out, it was very nicely presented and the quality was very good. We had the prefix menu which was a very good value at $42.00 per person.
Ambiance was perfect. Food was amazing. The best part was our waitress Angela was smoking hot. I instantly fell in love with her..
