Very friendly personnel from the greeters at the door to the reservations desk to the waiter (Justin). Very attentive to service and making sure the customer is very-well satisfied.
I gave the Redeye Grilla other shot sincere had plans to visit the Rock Ctr tree, and thistimehad a great experience. Different hosts, attentive server, and the food was great. Thankfully theyve salvaged a reputation for me. (Now, if they'd only lower the price of those dancing shrimp! I thi k it was $32 for 4!)
Great ambiance during the Holiday season with all the decorations visible from the large windows. Food, Service, atmosphere all made for a great night out.
A great restaurant not limited to the seafood for which it is best known. The service is top notch....equal or better than those fancier places that brag about their servers. The trianing here is really thorough. The managers are super friendly.
Very nice traditional Thanksgiving meal was enjoyed for our first Thanksgiving holiday away from home and family.
Very noisy - slow service - location to Carnegie Hall keeps it going
Simple food, well-prepared. The menu has something for everyone. Guacamole and seafood paella were outstanding. Pressed chicken and bacon cheeseburger were both perfectly seasoned. Pre-theatre rush meant that we did not get seated promptly despite having reservations.
The staff was very friendly and engaged. Everyone was polite and helpful. There was something for everyone on the wine list. I strongly recommend getting the mac and cheese with lobster for all to taste!
Had a wonderful 80th birthday celebration! Everything was perfect. We were treated like royalty by all the staff, including the warm and friendly manager. The food and wine were wonderful and the banana cream pie the 3 of us shared for dessert was luscious! Can't wait to return
