Rockville store staff were patient, well informed about the various models of Posture Pedic Matrasses, helping us to make a choice that met our needs. Delivery was included and take away of the old matrasses. Highly recommend.
It was Good. I called a couple of time to check on why order. I was remembered and helped. The chair is complicated an I can't reach he overs underneath it but the settings seem ok enough. I do wonder about th seat ad if here is a way o get air into it. 301-641-5223
