Marv helped us elderly greatly in choosing our automatic mattresses. He is quite knowledgeable about the Tempur-pedic products as well as being simply a really nice fellow as he guided us through options!

I neede a pillow for a sides keeper with problem neck. He patiently tries may options and said that I could try it at home if I bought it. That was a lifesaver. Although I eventually did not find one that fit my needs but the experience was very positive. Were mic staff.

Rockville store staff were patient, well informed about the various models of Posture Pedic Matrasses, helping us to make a choice that met our needs. Delivery was included and take away of the old matrasses. Highly recommend.
It was Good. I called a couple of time to check on why order. I was remembered and helped. The chair is complicated an I can't reach he overs underneath it but the settings seem ok enough. I do wonder about th seat ad if here is a way o get air into it. 301-641-5223
