Sales team AMAZING and did their absolute best to make the process smooth and easy! Finance Manager “Jesse” HORRIBLE he was extremely pushy, aggressive, arrogant, and beyond rude. I would not do any further business with this dealership if I had any interaction with that guy again. Service department also doesn’t really know how to maintain a vehicle properly. I will not be letting them touch my vehicle with a 10’ pole (oil changes only at 7500miles! No matter what the oil says you never go more than 5000. Also, Nissan’s own... read more

Warranty process was not smooth at all. The paint blemish on the hood that was supposed to be repaired is still there after leaving the vehicle with the dealership for the better part of a month. I don’t really care to bring it back.

I scheduled service at 7am. I asked for my car to not be returned to me late. I got it back after 6:30pm. The people I talked to over promised and under delivered. Anthony was rude when I asked why it took 3 hrs to start work on my car and responded to me by saying “well we could just not do the work and you can just come get your car”. I got my car back almost an hr after closing time. I will never use this place ever again.

The people in the shop do great work. I would give them a 5-star rating. Kudos to Toni, Joey and Carlos in the service department. The reason for the one-star rating is because of the service department manager. This gentleman can use some customer service training. After being told my vehicle was done, I seen some lights on my dash panel. Which has happened in the past, basically the computer needed to be reset. I was told that I needed brakes and would have to wait until the next day. Finally, after getting the run around ... read more

I got to the dealership 15 mins before my scheduled oil change. I was advised it would take 1hr to 1 hr and 45 mins for an OIL CHNAGE. After an hr I had my son go check on the progress of the car. He came back to me and said it was parked facing the opposite way. Then 15 more minutes go by and I go inpatient and went to check on the progress.
