I'm unable to link my account through Plaid when I have previously used Plaid for other transactions and the agent in the chat is keeps trying to get me to pay by card so that I will have to pay their exorbitant $46 payment fee. Very gimmicky and scamish company to have to go through just to pay rent.

you can't refresh page and your info stays.. you have to start all the way over.. When it's time to sign app freezes..
