For tenants, this app is cumbersome and anxiety inducing. There is a service charge no matter the payment method. If it was not convenient for my landlord (whom I adore) I would not utilize this service.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled this app it wants to push me to the landlord I'm not a landlord I have asked for help more than once this app doesn't work!
This company charges my landlord to process payments then tries to charge the tenant to report said payments. This site is the height of corrupt business practices. So your whole industry is corrupt, thank you for the clarification

I have used rentredi for almost 2 years now for my 2 rental properties. The horrible thing about this platform is that whatever payments you're receiving from your tenant through the app is not secured. The tenant can call his/her bank and rentredi won't even protect you or try to counter the tenants claim. My tenant after paying for August and September through the app, later on disputed the payments over a month later and rentredi just pulled back all the money from my bank account. Horrible

The regulations associated with this transaction are dictated by the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA), not RentRedi. Our chat support team provided instructions on how to dispute the returns in the system. The tenant's bank initiated the return of the payments, so please reach out to our support team so we can assist!
Low on features, reporting rent break down is terrible and not sure how all the rent processing on a debit card can charge 3 percent. ACH costing a dollar. for real? Retail makes it work and they are about as cut throat a business as it gets. Figure it out or you all are hust incompetent and greedy. The one good thing I will say is that over all the lay out of the app seems intuituve.

Tenant convenience fees are no one's favorite, but I can assure you that those funds don't go to RentRedi, but to the payment processors.

promo features don't work. charges $50 to use credit card. forces you to provide bank account info. sends constant reminders even when bill was paid because landlord didn't credit me in the app. no can refund or pay multiple payment types for same transaction. no partial payments. basically this app for landlords who are cheap an no like pay. they don't pay, but the tenant sure does. I am forced to use this app by my landlord. Its just more awesomeness, awesome shituation, awesome neighbors!
