What a joke. I can't even login due to an "unknown error." Waste of my time. Why can't I just login on my mobile browser? It forces me to use the app which doesn't work. Completely unable to access on account my mobile device.
This has to be the worst app I've ever had. The landlord keeps telling me there are documents ready for me to sign. There's nothing in my document folder. I've been going back and forth with customer service, they are no help. Landlord says one thing, app is saying another. I have uninstalled app, reinstalled app, rebooted phone. I have a new phone, everything is updated. Not sure what's going on but it's so frustrating. Even landlord is having issues with the app.
Updated to stripes, so no payment method there. when I try to add, it goes back to plaid, which doesn't work. The fees with this application are ridiculous.

Hi Sharita, processing fees are deteremined by our payment processor not RentRedi. We suggest using ACH as the fee is only $1!
Laggy, problematic. Charges ridiculous extra fees for adding more than 1 payment method. Slow to take money from account. Glitchy system.

Hi Nicole, RentRedi does not determine the payment processing fees, but we recommend using the ACH, as the fee is only $1! Additionally, with RentRedi's new payment processor, funds will be withdrawn sooner making it easier for landlords and tenants to settle funds faster! We hope that helps!

rentredi bought erentpayment, which I was using to collect payments, then increased the fees to process payments from $3 to $20/month.
