After maintenance requests are submitted the details can no longer be viewed. Also the landlord has a document sent and signed that I never signed for.

I try to pay rent it says I need a update but there is no update, therefor your stuck in a loop

I can't update the app. when I push update button on the app, Google apps shows it's been updated already. I uninstalled and reinstalled, and keeps doing it. Help!

In App is requiring an "update". I click on it and it takes me to the Android Store where I can either uninstall or open. The app is up to date. When filling maintenance requests, it is impossible to upload a picture or video that was previously taken. It will ONLY do photos or videos that are taken THROUGH the app AND it will not do more than one. Period. Just one. Sometimes two or three pictures are required to give a useful visual to the people on the other end.

Crooked company they charge the landlord for service. Then try and charge the tenants as well. Scam

This app asks for more information than needed to set up direct deposit, and will not give you receipts for tax information if you manually pay to avoid the fees. You have to pay extra for get a credit score and the people in customer service were not very kind nor accommodating.

Horrible company. FRAUDULENT CHARGES and trash customer service. I had to cancel my debit card and order a new one after being charged 5 months in a row - each month being assured the issue was resolved. STAY AWAY
