Excellent customer support. I found the application process to be lacking in the area of employment it merely asks if you are employed or not, without other options to explain your income such as retirement or disability insurance, Which has the possibility of a negative impact to the approval of the application. In the documentation area where it tells you what documentation you will need it doesn't actually tell you, you have to press the plus sign in the upper right hand corner to see them

If you want to pay extra fees to pay your rent, this is the app for you. update 9/10/2026 - this app also gives the company full access to your bank account, not just checking. Seriously, they wanted all of my banking info to sign up.

This app is ridiculous- it charges the tenants fees to make rent pmts. 67% of GenZ, 54% of GenX & 53% of Millenials are struggling to pay rent rn! Ya know who's NOT struggling? THE PROPERTY OWNERS WHO FORCE US TO USE THESE APP THAT DRAIN US! 3.1% Convenience fee for my rent = $22.70. That's a tank of gas. That's milk, eggs, butter, and bread. That's half my Internet bill. YOU SHOULD BE CHARGING THE PROPERTY OWNERS NOT US! Shame on you for profiting off the hardship of others!
