Be careful with this pp...when you add your debit card to pay...they charge you a percentage. But at no time do they tell you how much they charge you... out of 1300, they charged me an extra 40.91... exaggeratedly. just to pay my rent... very bad...

Hi there! Our payment processor charges the processing fees, not RentRedi. There is a percentage fee for cards but for ACH the fee is only $1 so we recommend going that route. Additionally, the charge amount is shown at the top of the screen and in the total amount when paying so that way you can know the amount before submitting payment.
Multiple bugs made the app unusable. Allowing landlords to charge you rent but not allowing you to add a payment method with no explanation, bugs in the photos permissions settings that prevent you from working with customer support, bugs when you try to connect a bank account on mobile. Based on these reviews, these issues unfortunately seem common.

Was difficult to get to work. When I found out they charge a 15.51 fee,a convenient fee,I decided to delete it.

Just bought this app and it's straight trash! Won't let me list my property and asks for all MY personal information! Just wanted it for the tenant screening but it's a bigger pain than I anticipated.

Landlords that are using this app for new perspective tenants should be illegal. Landlords making people pay $40 for applications just to deny every one. This company is making millions by taking our hard earned money. If 100 people apply for a house and of course only one person will get it then they make $3960 for doing absolutely nothing. It's simple math and simple robbery.
Aside from how you verify your identification for the app, I have high hopes for it as an effective and simple way to communicate with your landlords/renters.

Terrible functionality
While the app isn't as intuitive as I'd like, it is convinient. Now that being said, there is problem with how late fees are being handled. In NY, where I reside, late fees are either legally only 5% of your monthly rent or $50 or whichever is the lesser amount. Currently the late fee for my apt is set at $50 per week late. This is highly illegal in New York state and needs to be addressed immediately as I cannot believe there is only this one landlord doing this.
Cant sign my lease due to the app not even having an option for file permissions.
