This is nothing but a wiring app that just sends payment of rent directly to Home Owner. It does not prevent a Landlord/Tenant or Tenant/Landlord interaction. For instance if a wrong payment was sent (by mistake) you now have to call or go see your landlord and deal with them if a refund is needed. I've had a few issues and evertime the answer is contact your Landlord.

So far it's terrible I think it's scam and I'm rentredi to call the authorities. I'm retired ,it's asking about my schooling and personal info I don't no these people. You want my SS number. We ain't even meet honey!

Hi Joseph! RentRedi does not require fields to be filled out on the application. If there are sections not applicable to you, we suggest reaching out to your potential landlord to confirm which fields are required to be filled out on their end.
Me and the other tenants in my building call this app rent ripoff because they charge a very high convenience fee if you use a card to pay they try to force you to give up your banking information for a lower convenience fee which is shady I don't trust this until now unheard-of app and told my landlord I won't use it I paid with money order this month saved my self $50 and they keep sending me late notifications that I can't stop im sure they are also ruining my already crappie credit!

Funny how when you try to rate an app it only takes you to this page if you do 5 stars. Anyway if I could just go on and pay my app and not deal with them trying to sell me insurance and everything else it would be a good app. Not user-friendly at all

This app is BS. You're supposed to use it to pay your rent and communicate with your landlord. Well that's all fine and dandy but you will be charged a fee 🙄

I do not agree with having to pay an additional convenience fee for paying my rent through this App. Fee is inconvenient to renters. The apartment complex are the ones who set up this type of payment and they should be responsible for any fees. Making it convenient for renters to use the App. This is a scam by both parties involved and will continue to pay my rent using a money order. ✌️
