Quadruple the charge for a quarter of the functionality. Also, can't upload PDFs (what year is it?) And uses PLAID in lieu of ACH. Functionality and security nightmare.
Every month I have issues with this app when trying to pay rent. This month it says I don't live anywhere! I've lived in the same house for 6 years. The app will not pull up my payment record or where I submit my rent payment. So sick of these problems EVERY MONTH!!

This is scam so landlords and the company that runs this app can take money for every other little click in the form of 'convenience' fees. I should not be forced to use this scam app to pay my rent.

VERY buggy. Even something simple like clicking "next" while viewing a document is difficult because the support request chat box almost entirely covers it.
This app is so bad. A frustrating 2 days to get it too work.

used for 5min. took my money upfront then as soon as I added my landlord properties the app keep spinning ...messaged support and they ghosted me..Friday at 3pm...so I'll c what's up monday.

it say this app is good for all devices? I need a RentRedi App for my HP Computer at home not so much on the phone. I wish you had an app for my computer at home so l can do my acconting.
The convenience fee is so expensive and they charge the tenant this fee for every time. If your rent is 1800.00 and you pay that then land lord make a mistake and take out 5.00 more from your card, rentredi will charge you a fee for that as well. Even if its the landlord that made the mistake. This app SUCKS. My landlord need to find another way to receive my rent because this app is to expensive for me.
