Today was my first time using it I pusht the wrong payment setting and boom charged me a$21.00 convenience fee like give me my money back I was trying to pay rent which should have cost a extra dollar I don't like this I need my refund asap

Very frustrating. Installed this app multiple times on multiple devices, and multiple times it "forgot" my account details. And therefore became useless. So again I had to uninstall and reinstall and try again. And as of the moment I am currently using the browser interface to pay my rent..... because the app is just plain broken. Frustrating beyond belief, especially when a landlord requires their tenants use it.

This site/app is the biggest scam. No way to cancel. Been going back and fourth a dozen emails and they still keep dodging my refund request i first asked over a month ago just a day after i signed up, then they charged me again!!! They refuse to cancel my membership or refund the two fees

they will wake you at 4:00working for the landlord but not performing the responsibilities of service repairs or anything else a landlord is responsible for. all I really see is an app in order to not take your payment or set you up with keys for exchange. don't get trapped into it they want to automatically withdraw your money. They want control of your banking My problems truly lies between the landlord and rentredi and me not being able to get a checking account. Bottom line I don't trust it

Terrible app for tenants. Slightly tricky to configure. Pop up sales BS make it hard to just pay the rent. All transactions come with an additional dollar charge. It asks for feedback, but if it's not positive it sends you in a loop. It's hard to track payment history as a tenant as well. It makes an actual impact in making me want to not renew my lease if I have to use this (likely) spyware, profiteering junk.

I have added my card and signed into my bank account to link it up for payment MULTIPLE times each, and it won't save my information. It always says successful but then once I go back to the home page of the app, it says my payment info is still needed. This is something that shouldn't be an issue on an app set up for people to pay for the roof over their heads! Fix it please. Edit: charged an extra $25+ for rent because it won't let me link an account. Only lets me use a card. Fix app please.
