Absolutely horrible experience. My auto pay was working nicely for multiple months until one month it stated my rent didn't get paid. I confirmed with the landlord and it was paid. The following month redi rent shut off my auto pay and didn't pay my rent because they said I was late which was not the case. I reached out to redi rent and was told it was an issue on my landlords end. He looked into it and could not find any issues. Needless to say I had to go back to writing checks

No problem setting up account... Good so far! 🤞🏼👎 Okay, that didn't last very long. The app was trying to charge me more than I was actually paying for, until my landlord said just delete it. I deleted it quite a while ago... AND STILL THE SAME DAMN EMAILS TELLING ME MY RENT IS LATE!? ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! DROP ME FROM YOUR DAMN RECORDS NOW!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have now been attempting resolve a payment issue for over 3 weeks. They have literally stolen $1995 from me and continue to blame propay for the process. It has been a call every single day and every time the story changes, first to that it would automatically get routed to the correct account then that my tenant would receive the funds. To this day neither my tenant nor myself has recieved the funds. Do yourself a favor and save yourself hours of grief.
