Tenant should not have to pay convenience to use your app, shady. also don't ask for access to my phones documents, photos, videos, music, and contacts. also your password requirements toast message cuts off so users can't see what they require when making a password. also I'm not sure where user/pass information is being cached, but it doesn't look kosher at a glace, consider adding 2fa. also email verification after first login is weird, why verify the 2nd time I log in.

Hasn't been working right for me since I became accepted and a tenant
If I have the choice I won't use it again. Our new landlord wants to use it to collect rent remotely. I know they have to make money, but the tenant should not be the one to bear the 'convenience fee'. I had to download and reinstall this 4 times to get it to work properly and have my tenant account fully reset once. It got two stars only because money leaves promptly.

Can not change payment information. I have deleted my old card SEVEN tines and put in new information, and it keeps pulling up the old card. Online help is a joke. They told me to do the same thing I had already done. The developers of this app and website are a joke. They should be fired.

This response does not help at all, after you see my response I will be reposting my original one. There is no information regarding the landlord anywhere, your customer service was unable to provide that information & since the listing is gone I can't even look there. God only knows what information you sent out bc I filled out my social & bank info etc so now I'll probably have to get a new account bc your security is non existent.
