being a faithful customer who bought my car brand new here and paid so much for a warranty I recently had a mechanical steering issue in steering which they said I had to pay for towing when I called back to inform them roadside assistance was on their warranty packages they decided to give the number to me. and when I asked if the car was looked at a day later they said the technician wasn't there today so I asked for a loaner car and they said they couldn't give me one until the car was looked at even though it is not my... read more

Service department is nothing but code readers!! I took my Titan in for engine knocks when starting on first visit. Same engine knocks and loss of power with EGT code. I got a call saying tech couldn't recreate the suspension making the knocking sound he checked the shocks and struts??!!!!! Why can't you remove the valve covers to check the rocker arms or something that doesn't throw a damn code before throwing a big as figure of money at your customers. You buy the extended warranty and when you bring your car in for multiple items, they charge you $159 diagnostic fee for EACH problem you have, and they don’t explain that. They only tell you about 1 fee

The service department is the absolute worst. They lied to us about putting a battery in and the car already had previous issues. When I reached out to a store manager no one contacted me. I had to contact consumer affairs. This is the absolute worst dealership in Rock Hill per my opinion.

A year after my purchase this was one of the worst experiences. The summary could be said I got a new salesperson who knew more about Neil Diamond than the cars. We only test drove one I wanted to drive. Between salesmen pressure and never clearly stating, I ended up signing for a car completely confused. It wasn’t what I wanted, and due to SC law I couldn’t take it back. The sales person was inattentive, upon wanting to leave I was encircled as though in a mob deal. The main reason I took the car in was for an oil change. They were so busy trying to find problems to run the bill up they didn’t do the oil change. I think it’s past time I take my business elsewhere. The first thing I told the young lady was I needed an oil change, secondly was a tire repair.

They add a gps “tracker” to every car and charge an extra $500. When we purchased the car we let them know we wanted to opt out and we’re not interested in this service/device. They insisted that it was already installed and there was no possible way of removing it and we had to pay for this (of course this was added to our bill we were only told of this when we went to sign the papers....... We never used this system, we were never given the correct login info so this service does NOT work. This wonderful piece of garbage... read more
