We dealt with Tre. Let me be clear, we are happy with the truck we left with but the service at this place SUCKS. We drove 5 hours away, ending up buying a truck 3x more expensive than we originally planned. Tre was super attentive and involved until 24 hours after we left with the truck, after he had a chance to ask us for a review on him. He was so attentive that before we drove there he sent videos of the original truck we wanted, held onto the keys so it wouldn’t sell before we got there. Stay away. Do not go here. Stay away from the Nissan Ariya. On February the 2nd, the inverter in my Ariya died. Milage 7900 on the noes. The inverter was recalled and I did service that recall. It still died. I've been trying to get this dealership to handle the recall on the defective steering wheel nut for almost 10 months now. This dealership has no loaner or rental program that I've been able to access despite the fact that my car has been in their hands since February the 3rd. daughter bought a car here in july...here it is october...stated problems with registration...took car back and gave a car to drive...took forever to fix and when they went back to fianlly get car rock hill nissan had unprogrammed their key fob and wants to charge them 649.00 for new key fob to fix what they did!!!

8/4/2023 I spoke with Greg the owner on Friday, the conversation went much better than before, but he isn't going to make things right, he isn't accepting fault. I asked if he was required to conduct an inspection on vehicles before releasing ownership, his response was bullshit-- straight up. He says nothing is intentional, yes it was-- it was covered up with those spark plugs. Daryl did discuss concerning issues with the car, following the test drive. I recently purchased a used car at Rock Hill Nissan. The customer service was good.. until I had taken the car to a professional mechanic who identified an oil leak. I brought the car back and was told it was fixed.. it has not been fixed and I have pictures to prove it. Also during negotiations I specifically told them I needed two keys, since it is expensive to have an extra one made.. I did not receive the key and have been told it will cost me $469 .. in addition to paying for an oil leak and having to have freon put int... read more
