CAR HAS BEEN THERE FOR SIX WEEKS —ROCK HILL NISSAN RECENTLY HUNG UP ON AN ELDERLY CANCER PATIENT WHO IS A VETERAN —WAS CHECKING ON HER FULLY INSURED REPAIR FOR WATER DAMAGE— INSURANCE FULLY APPROVED REPAIRS BUT THIS DEALERSHIP HAS NOT EVEN WORKED ON HER CAR
Scheduled some service to be done on my truck . Given a price of $274.95. When I get notified they were finished they said cost was almost $420. When inquired about that service rep said she had given me the price for a different transmission and this is what I owe. Went to pick up and of course everyone who could do anything was gone. Given email for Sebastian Griffin the service manager . Emailed him. Waited a few days and emailed him again. No reply. If zero stars was available i would choose it. This place is biggest scam people ever. 1. Want $985 to pay cash or use other financing. So slimy. Want you to pay 985 just to not have them make more money of their finance department. 2. Another $988 for a paint protection on a used car. LIke what would they even do for a 3-7 year old car. Another fake charge 3. $2500 extended warranty. So they right of the bat are trying to add $4500 to the price of the car. We dealt with Tre. Let me be clear, we are happy with the truck we left with but the service at this place SUCKS. We drove 5 hours away, ending up buying a truck 3x more expensive than we originally planned. Tre was super attentive and involved until 24 hours after we left with the truck, after he had a chance to ask us for a review on him. Stay away. Do not go here. Stay away from the Nissan Ariya. On February the 2nd, the inverter in my Ariya died. Milage 7900 on the noes. The inverter was recalled and I did service that recall. It still died. I've been trying to get this dealership to handle the recall on the defective steering wheel nut for almost 10 months now.
