my mom and i went to the nissan in rock hill to trade in her lease. we worked with doc who was absolutely amazing and found my mom a car she loved. i left but my mom stayed to sign the paperwork with the finance man named Hash. an hour later i get a phone call from my mom SOBBING because hash doesn’t know how to take no for an answer. he offered her warranties that my mom turned down to stick to her price range. after repeatedly declining he proceeded to make disrespectful, rude comments and would not stop. after about an ho... read more

Time and time again the service department just comes up short. I will never have this place do anything on my vehicle other than the oil changes I foolishly paid for in advance. I would love to get my money back so I can pay someone who actually knows what they are doing and cares about my best interests to work on my vehicle. Avoid this dealership at all costs. Love my Nissan, but this dealership is beyond incompetent. All the original paperwork has the wrong VIN# for the vehicle. I find about it only when I arrive for an appointment (Friday- Dec. 30, 2022) a month later to get the interior mirror installed and the detailing finished (that should have been done when I took delivery of the Nissan.) Two hours of signing corrected paperwork, which then had to be reprinted and resigned because they had the wrong expiration date for my driver's licens... read more

Giving this lousy dealership one star makes me SICK. There needs to an option for negative stars. If you want to feel lousy and worthless, than you’ve found the right dealership. I live almost four hours away from this dealership. I was told to make the drive that I’d get a phenomenal deal. Little did I know this would turn into a nightmare. Visits take FOREVER. 2 hours for anything to get done (even a basic oil change). Still swindling customers by claiming suburban driving is "severe conditions" (which it is not, per multiple sources). If we didn't have a maintenance agreement with the dealership I would never visit again. I just bought a new vehicle this week and only used the dealership to see the cars - I bought elsewhere. The staff is pleasant, that's about all going for the place.

I bought a 2022 Nissan Frontier from Rock Hill Nissan. There has been problems with this truck from the beginning. I was lied to when signing papers. there are massive recalls with no parts to fix it estimated to arrive for a year. I even tried exchanging this lemon of a truck which they originally agreed to, only to have them try to get more money out of me. I can't recommend this dealership.

Rock Hill Nissan had my car for 3 weeks. Communication from their staff is horrible. We were lied to several times and not notified of the progress of the work. The mechanic who worked on our car was awesome and did a great job, that was the bright spot. We requested a loaner car, and were told that they "had no cars", when we asked to speak to a supervisor, they magically found us a loaner vehicle. If this had not been a major transmission issue, we would have taken our car elsewhere.

I purchased a 2017 QX 60 Infiniti from Rock Hill Nissan. The day that I purchased my car I met Mr. Mike Porter. I was able to go to Mr. Porter whenever I had a problem. I also enjoyed a relationship with Hector in the service Department. My recent experiences with Rock Hill Nissan Service Department has been less than satisfactory. DO NOT go to Rock Hill Nissan! I was quoted $149.88 to inspect, then charged $167.52, just to check my airbag and tire pressure dashboard lights, where did the additional $17.64 come from? Rock Hill Nissan quoted over $4,587.20 to fix my airbag light! I fixed it myself by resetting it from a YouTube video. Then they wanted $542.92 to install two tire pressure sensors, Discount Tire quoted $140.00 installed! I will never step foot into this dealership again!
