Purchased a used vehicle from Rock Hill Nissan on May 30th, 2025. Today is August 29th, 2025 and it took almost 100 days to get our title. After the first month without the title, we went to the DMV to get a copy. DMV stated that their records had the title listed as "Engine Blown, Vehicle Returned to Dealership," stating it was not in our name. Dealership said this was "not their fault, but they'd fix it." Elias, Sean from service center, Jamin….absolute garbage people. Lie through their teeth, sell broken or defective cars, then will tell you sorry it costs them too much $ to fully inspect each car before they sell it. If we win our lawsuit we’ll refer all yall to our attorney😂

My husband bought a car from them in December. The promised to have it cleaned since there was a strong smell of smoke in the car and an extra key made. He has tried to call and no one returns his calls. I do not recommend this dealership as apparently they cannot stick to the terms they agree upon. My husband works in a hospital and doesn’t have time to just swing by. Extremely disappointed.
I picked up a nail in one of my 23 frontier’s tires. I called the person I spoke to told me no problem! Bring the truck by no appointment needed! We have your tire in stock. I took off work early to get there early, the service rep was HORRIBLE! He told me never show up without an appointment and I would have to wait about 2 hours. I told him ok… I need the tire im leaking air. I sat for an hour and a half for him to come back and say he didn’t have my tire. Now frustration sets in. brought my 06 nissan in for an immobilizer mode lock out. where they proceed to tell me my computer is shot an I need to pay 3 grand for a new one. an added on tons of other things that had nothing to do with the original problem. which racked up the bill to 5000. when I took it to another shop it ended up being just a fuse blown. This place is nothing but crooks that want to exploit anyone that comes there.mabey they just don't know what their doing. but I do not recommend going here for any reason whatsoever.

I received an estimate for fixing a transmission sensor of $8200 because the service center lied and told me it was the transmission. Please always get a second opinion on the service being suggested. I will never go back again and will not recommend this company

CAR HAS BEEN THERE FOR SIX WEEKS —ROCK HILL NISSAN RECENTLY HUNG UP ON AN ELDERLY CANCER PATIENT WHO IS A VETERAN —WAS CHECKING ON HER FULLY INSURED REPAIR FOR WATER DAMAGE— INSURANCE FULLY APPROVED REPAIRS BUT THIS DEALERSHIP HAS NOT EVEN WORKED ON HER CAR
Scheduled some service to be done on my truck . Given a price of $274.95. When I get notified they were finished they said cost was almost $420. When inquired about that service rep said she had given me the price for a different transmission and this is what I owe. Went to pick up and of course everyone who could do anything was gone. Given email for Sebastian Griffin the service manager . Emailed him. Waited a few days and emailed him again. No reply.
