You people are a ripoff. How do you come up with a 13600 repair on a 2013 Nissan that’s driving alright. I only came for an oil change. Also I can’t believe that you people will not even check why my dorm lights will not come on. Even though I paid them to do a diagnostic, they said I have to pay for just the dorm lights diagnostic. They charge you 300 dollars just for oil change and to check your transmission fluid.
I am absolutely livid! If I could give this place a sub zero-star review, I would do it in a heartbeat! I brought my car to Nissan on February 5th, 2026, because the ESC and check engine lights were on. The very next day, they called claiming they found the issue: a faulty vacuum pump. Spoiler alert: they were dead wrong! Then, Doug from Nissan called to tell me the car actually needed an entirely new motor. Thankfully, my warranty covered it. Great, right? Wrong.
