Mike Boyd did a great job removing a massive root from our septic tank and snaking the drain to get the water flowing again. I appreciate the hard and dirty work he did to get our system back up and running.
Mike B. was great! He was quick to diagnose a possible problem and advised on next steps, which involving contacting the city. City came out quickly so he explained the situation to them. Mike gave upfront pricing, was honest, and knowledgeable about future steps. Work was quick and efficient and they cleaned up well after.
Mike Boyd@RotoRooter Des Moines got my sewer flowing again and came back the next day to run a camera and diagnose issues that may have caused the backup. Service was professional and personable, fixed the immediate problem and we made a plan to address what we found with the camera. Beyond just clearing the pipe and offering services, Mike was open and explained what he was seeing, which helped me make an informed decision about how to proceed. 10/10, highly reccommended.

Tech Shane Dilly helped clear our basement drain in no time & I appreciate his willingness to let me hang around, watching him work and answering my questions about the process. He explained how it all worked so I had a better understanding of what maintenance I'll need in the future to ensure my sewer drain stays in working order.

My experience with roto rooter was excellent! From the kind and very understanding lady that answered my call, I wish I could remember her name, to the awesome plumber named Mike. Mike did a perfect job unclogging the main sewer line. He approached the task at hand with knowledge, professionalism, and efficiency. I highly recommend him and Roto Rooter for all of your plumbing needs. 8/7/2021
Shane came over immediately when my sewer line backed up and worked for three hours to try to clear it out. He was very concerned with the clog that wouldn't clear, so he called in and Wayne then came over with a high pressure water hose and worked for several more hours. Both Shane and Wayne were highly professional and made my problem their priority that day. They cleaned up as best they could and made sure I understood what services were needed. I can't say enough praise for those two good men!
