Shane came over immediately when my sewer line backed up and worked for three hours to try to clear it out. He was very concerned with the clog that wouldn't clear, so he called in and Wayne then came over with a high pressure water hose and worked for several more hours. Both Shane and Wayne were highly professional and made my problem their priority that day. They cleaned up as best they could and made sure I understood what services were needed. I can't say enough praise for those two good men!
We had a plumbing "emergency" (sure felt like an emergency) with sewage backing up into our shower. I called and did not expect to get anyone out quickly since it was a Friday. They said someone would call me that day. Shane, our tech, called several minutes later and was at the house within the hour I called! He was friendly and professional. We finally got the job done. We wanted to go the least expensive route first and ended up with the power washer on the main sewer line. That did the trick. A little costly but it got the job done and everything cleaned out. Thank you! Darn tree roots. :-)

Called for a backed up drain. Was able to schedule same day service. Tech called in advance that he was on his way. In and out in about an hour. Dale knew things about my house that I didn't know. Great Service!
Excellent service. We had to fire another plumber for shoddy work and Pat came in and had the damage the previous plumber did repaired, and the work completed in a matter of hours. Very fair rates and excellent service.!
