He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to determine the exact cause of the blockage in our main line and solved the issue in 30 minutes or less. I am truly grateful and thankful for the outstanding service that Dave provided. I called last evening, as I had done a load of laundry only to go back downstairs to find my basement flooded. Dave spent 2 hours..never giving up.At one point he indicated that I might well have a break in my main line. I broke into tears. I had no idea how I could afford a complete new line. Andy came this morning to help us clear our main drain after another company was out yesterday and unable to clear it. I am so thankful I called Roto Rooter, I wish I had called this company first. Andy was very persistent and would not give up. He had to go go to a smaller blade on the snake and when that didn't work he had to go to an even smaller blade.
