We had a clogged main sewer line that backed up into our basement. We were so greatful for the quick and excellent service we received yesterday! Mike B. came out & cleared the clog quickly! He also scoped the whole line and explained everything to us in an easy way to understand. We are going to be calling soon to schedule our next step in keeping our sewer line and basement clear! Tom and Tristan are a credit to your organization. Courteous and efficient. They explained every step of the water heater replacement. When they finished, I felt they were masters of their profession.
Conner was polite, respectful, and helpful in resolving my problem quickly. My service request was not overly complicated, but I appreciated his promptness and professionalism in getting us fixed up. I will certainly call again next time I have a plumbing/drain need.
I had a clogged toilet and Roto-Rooter was able to come out the same day and fix the problem. The service tech Connor was able to diagnosis and fix the problem in no time at all. He was very professional and courteous in explaining what the problem was. I would recommend Roto-Rooter for anyone's plumbing needs.
I have a lot of dealings with rotorooter recently due to bad pipes. Everyone has been good to deal with. However today's appointment visit with Mike Boyd Jr was exceptional. Even though he had to give me bad news. He did it well. i will be more than happy to suggest rotor rooter solve pipe problems to any of my friends,

I needed an old floor drain cleaned as a preventative measure. Mike Boyd Jr. provided excellent service, explaining what he was doing, wearing a mask, and assuring I was satisfied before cleaning up and leaving. Great service and a friendly demeanor.
