Andy came this morning to help us clear our main drain after another company was out yesterday and unable to clear it. I am so thankful I called Roto Rooter, I wish I had called this company first. Andy was very persistent and would not give up. He had to go go to a smaller blade on the snake and when that didn't work he had to go to an even smaller blade. I found my receipt doing year end clean up. I should of complained right after but I get intimidated. On 11-8-22 service man JA-134 came to unplug my toilet which clogs everytime you have a BMW. JA came in like a tornado arrived 3:20 pm left 3:30 pm (and left dirty water from the toilet on bathroom floor). So I literally paid $117.70 not for a fixed drain but for nasty spill left on my floor. This is what he wrote: augered stool, line open, No Guarantee.
I told them the sump pump wasn’t working. They sent out someone without any sump pumps and charged a service fee. Sent out next guy he charged $100.00 more then the quoted price. He tracked grease all over our carpet and and kitchen floor. He also left a grease mess in the basement. We spent the next 2 hours trying to get the grease out of the carpet. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!
