I was extremely pleased with the service/job of Lawrence Belger this summer 2020. He was courteous, happily took off shoes when asked, wore a mask in the house and cleaned up afterwards! Lawrence also did a fantastic job assessing our clogged drain problem and resolving. He did not finish the job until the pipes were running smoothly. My experience with roto-rooter, particularly Mike Boyd Jr. was outstanding. I just want to be clear. I would only recommend Dave Lee. He was the third person I had from rotorooter in a span of 3 weeks. The first tech I had that came out dropped his vape down our main drain, only snaked 10ft, and opened a drain that was sealed shut in a finished area so when it backed up the second time on my birthday none the less it backed up into my finished basement area. The second tech came out late at night and unclogged the drain, he went out the whole 75 ft but was very quick and didn't explain anything. H... read more

I couldn’t be happier with my Roto rooter experience. My main drain was backed up and I knew it would be a dirty job. Technician Dave Lee 138 had a great attitude regarding my problem. He was a hard worker and answered every one of my questions. Very professional.

We called Roto-Rooter on a Saturday afternoon and Dave Lee was our technician that responded. We thought we had a clog in a small pipe but the issue was greater than we imagined. The original pipe plus the connecting pipe further down was plugged with years of buildup. Dave worked diligently to remove that stubborn clog, while maintaining a great attitude. Andy was very polite and considerate of our house and belongings. He did an awesome job of covering the flooring of his work area. He was very knowledgeable and wasn't afraid to call in when he had a question or needed advise. He did a great job of communicating with us doing his work.
