I am truly grateful and thankful for the outstanding service that Dave provided. I called last evening, as I had done a load of laundry only to go back downstairs to find my basement flooded. Andy came this morning to help us clear our main drain after another company was out yesterday and unable to clear it. I am so thankful I called Roto Rooter, I wish I had called this company first. Andy was very persistent and would not give up. He had to go go to a smaller blade on the snake and when that didn't work he had to go to an even smaller blade.
