Conner was polite, respectful, and helpful in resolving my problem quickly. My service request was not overly complicated, but I appreciated his promptness and professionalism in getting us fixed up. I will certainly call again next time I have a plumbing/drain need.
I had a clogged toilet and Roto-Rooter was able to come out the same day and fix the problem. The service tech Connor was able to diagnosis and fix the problem in no time at all. He was very professional and courteous in explaining what the problem was. I would recommend Roto-Rooter for anyone's plumbing needs.
I have a lot of dealings with rotorooter recently due to bad pipes. Everyone has been good to deal with. However today's appointment visit with Mike Boyd Jr was exceptional. Even though he had to give me bad news. He did it well. i will be more than happy to suggest rotor rooter solve pipe problems to any of my friends,
Wayne Wilson came to our home and took care of the problem. It wasn’t the problem we were originally told and he saved us money, time and trouble. His experience can’t be matched. Definitely will stay Roto Rooter customers because of him.
I needed an old floor drain cleaned as a preventative measure. Mike Boyd Jr. provided excellent service, explaining what he was doing, wearing a mask, and assuring I was satisfied before cleaning up and leaving. Great service and a friendly demeanor.
Wayne Wilson and his assistant arrived very quickly after I called, got everything fixed up and gave us advice on how to protect our drains. Very happy with the men, their work an their attitudes!
Mike was great,the best wow! he knows his stuff and explained everything to us. He let us see what was on the camera he was putting down our toilet hole. Mike was cautious at all times.They cleaned up after they were done. I will defently recoment ROTO ROOTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We've had roto rooter out to do the same repair many times and continued having issues with it for years, not knowing whats going on. Today we had a tech named James Dennis come out and do the same service once again except he genuinely cared to fully clean out the drain. We had a cap stuck in there that is easily 2 years old. James made us a believer in Roto Rooter again. We are confident this time around that the issue is actually resolved now. Nice guy and even better worker. Thanks a million James!!
