Andy came this morning to help us clear our main drain after another company was out yesterday and unable to clear it. I am so thankful I called Roto Rooter, I wish I had called this company first. Andy was very persistent and would not give up. He had to go go to a smaller blade on the snake and when that didn't work he had to go to an even smaller blade. I wrote a review about Rome and Jim doing a bate and switch on two seniors, yet I never saw it on the website. I assume they erased it. Overcharged and was not upfront and honest.
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Roto-Rooter. I hired them to install a new garbage disposal, but the technician did not install it correctly. Immediately after the installation, I noticed leaking and brought it to the technician’s attention before he left. He told me he couldn’t tighten it any further and claimed the small drip was likely just leftover water. That was not the case.
