We called Friday, May 15th in the morning for a clogged kitchen drain. Andy came out the same day within a few hours and got our sink draining again. He was professional and friendly, kept his tools on a towel rather than directly on our floor, all was good with this visit. This visit would score 10/10. I do want to mention however that we had a problem a week prior with something else. I am truly grateful and thankful for the outstanding service that Dave provided. I called last evening, as I had done a load of laundry only to go back downstairs to find my basement flooded. Dave spent 2 hours..never giving up.At one point he indicated that I might well have a break in my main line. I broke into tears. I had no idea how I could afford a complete new line. We called with an emergency and rotor-rooter was at our house within 3hrs on the same day! Great service. Very fast. Very friendly. The cost was much lower then we expected. Will recommend to everyone.
