Josh was awesome. Found plugged drain after 25 feet and removed it.
Service Technician, Stu, arrived oromptly and fixed the issue right away. He cleaned up after himself. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!
Stuart came out and quickly fixed the problem of a backed-up floor drain in the basement. Very professional and satisfied with the work.
Two plugged up and overflowing drains. It was gross. The cheerful young man that came to address the problem fixed everything in under an hour!
Ty and Chris came and conquered our basement drain only took 10 minutes to fix it... Very gracious and helpful....
Josh is very professional and efficient! I came to this company recommended by another person, and I am not disappointed at all. Great service, timely, and seems to have a great team to back him up! High fives all around.
Mike Boyd did a great job removing a massive root from our septic tank and snaking the drain to get the water flowing again. I appreciate the hard and dirty work he did to get our system back up and running.
Mike B. was great! He was quick to diagnose a possible problem and advised on next steps, which involving contacting the city. City came out quickly so he explained the situation to them. Mike gave upfront pricing, was honest, and knowledgeable about future steps. Work was quick and efficient and they cleaned up well after.
Mike Boyd@RotoRooter Des Moines got my sewer flowing again and came back the next day to run a camera and diagnose issues that may have caused the backup. Service was professional and personable, fixed the immediate problem and we made a plan to address what we found with the camera. Beyond just clearing the pipe and offering services, Mike was open and explained what he was seeing, which helped me make an informed decision about how to proceed. 10/10, highly reccommended.
