I originally had my Home Warranty company send someone out for a sewer stoppage/clog. They came and snaked the drain for almost 2 hrs, said they couldn't get it and it was probably a broken pipe and recommended a camera. The warranty company said they didn't cover anything past snaking the drain. Sewer backed up again ( it was slowly draining) called Roto Rooter and they were the only place I got an actual person and didn't have to leave a msg. Horrible service from the call service line. My wife and I scheduled for a plumber to unclog our kitchen sink Saturday the 26th at noon, their customer service cancled it with out any sort of notice. When I called to ask what happened they said Steve took us off the schedule to go on his vacation instead. No plumber showed up from 8am to 12pm in the scheduled time they assigned.
