DO NOT USE EDGE! Edge Pest Control has the worst customer service! I have been dissatisfied for quite some time. The product is no longer effective, there is no planned appointment so they just come and do the service without proper notice. Most of the time I am not home and cannot get the inside done. Do not use this service! This is a service contract for over $1200 a year. Try to get out of it and they will still charge you half. Don't be a sucker. Their rating on the BBB is bogus, you can’t give them 0 stars. Look at all the 1 star reviews same issues over and over and they have an A+ rating, don’t believe it. They provide/reset/refill snap traps, glue traps and bait boxes. You can go to your local hardware store and buy 72 Snap Traps, 20 glue traps, 2 bait enclosures, and 144 poison bait blocks for less than $100. Tha... read more

First of all the agents spraying are not licensed, they do not have proper driver licensing, and they do not take state taxes from paychecks, and they do not provide you copies of your paychecks and how they were figured.
Terrible! I used Edge for almost 3 years. I'm not satisfied. There are spiders all over my basement, webs around the perimeter and wasps building nests in 4 different places. I called and they won't let me out of the "contract" that I supposedly verbally agreed to. Frustrating! Don't sign up...they'll keep renewing your contract without you even knowing. They made me pay to get out of future services.
I signed the contract and received the first and only treatment on Thursday, July 26, 2018. The contract was promised for that day, but was delivered 9 days later on Friday, August 3, 2018. Also, the contract had been predated to July 25, 2018. Since there was no way I could have canceled in 3 business days, I immediately canceled, signed and mailed the contract to Edge in Longmont, CO. Now I am receiving phone calls about overdue payments. I have no contract with this company.

They lied to me saying they could treat carpenter ants. After charging me and spraying my house I still noticed ants. I then called them back and asked for them to spray again. The technician on his way to my house called and said they are not licensed to spray for carpenter ants and the spray they have been using doesn't protect against them. I don't know how they can remain in business!! Their practices are corrupt! I wanted one service for a specific issue. They came out and asked me to sign for acknowledgment of the service THAT DAY, but, hmmmm, my signature mysteriously didn't "take" ... so, could I sign again? Sign again? Really? What they attempt to do with that signature, is claim later that you signed a "contract" that you were never presented with, never read, and certainly never agreed to!
