Do not do business with this company, as evidenced from this and other negative reviews they have a habit of roping customers into contracts that they are unaware of and then charging an exorbitant $400 cancellation fee. They can come on here and claim this that and the other, but the truth is they have rotten business practices, and they know it.

We had a problem with clover mites this year. Edge came and sprayed 3 times with no significant change. After working with them for a month I asked to get out of our contract. They refused to waive the cancellation fee, even though their product was not working for us. I think this is a poor business model.

Initially, we assumed it was a one-time payment. The sales rep mentioned about the contract, after convincing us to try the product. We were hesitant to get into a two year agreement, aware of the total cost. The contract bound us to get the service every 12 weeks. We said we don't need it that often. May be 3 times a year would be good. The salesrep convinced us that we can arrange the treatment to be done every 4 months. We go over the agreement with you, have you sign it, and send you copies of everything. This business is garbage, I was set up on a payment plan. I’ve pay my payment and then they turn around and charge me for the entire balance on top of what I’ve already paid. Stay away from this company

They did the service just as I requested. Not what they thought would be best. Because at the end of the day the service people are gone and I am left with insect problem. But not this Edge Pest Control. They are great.

We have been using Edge for about 6 years. We used to have a lot of spiders and other bugs in our basement. Since using Edge, the number has GREATLY diminished. Outside, the number of spiders is also much lower. The yellow jacket issue is ongoing, but not sure those guys can ever be completely gone.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have been with Edge since May. I have seen more bugs and mice since I moved in to my home 4 years ago when my house was EMPTY. I don't want to hear how your products are "better" and "flush out" the beasts. I want them GONE. I don't want them at my neighbors' homes, I want them dead. Waiting for your "better products" to work since May, its not "better" its ridiculous and you are not living up to your end of the deal. Also...$300 to cancel? I think not. Edge is not a customer focused company. Edge sales get you in the contract and then they ignore feedback on the poor service provided after the sale. There is no resolution to the poor service even though Edge requests feedback after each service. The feedback is simply ignored. My experience. They also charge a significant penalty for early contract termination even though they do not live up to their service claims.
