I received 7 different calls in two days from these people. They call, I block the number and they call back from a different number. The latest call I told them on their recorded line to stop calling me and that if they called me again I would report them to the FCC. I live in North Carolina and they are calling me from Colorado.
For several years, multiple times a year, this company solicits service at my residence. Repeated requests to to end solicitation falls on deaf ears. Avoid doing business with this corporate entity!

This company takes your credit card number when you call them! They come out and evaluate the and charge you the service fee when there can not do any service. After coming out they found no squirrels in the attic because they were in an eve that was not connect to the attic! When there representative saw no way that there no squirrels in the attic and was no need to place a cage in the attic she put one on the ground informing us that they would check the cage every other day for squirrels. I have been very disappointed with Edge Lawn service! Their rates are extremely high, they do a minimum amount of work and the contract is unreasonable! The next company we use will be a smaller company that actually does good work, has reasonable rates, and NO CONTRACTS!
I tried to pay for my son's service and my initial request and transaction went smoothly. However, after that, I was on the phone with a number of individuals who first said they would have to check with supervisor and call me back. Call never came. I phoned again and requested the first individual who stated the transaction was in progress and would take effect in a day or two. I was to be notified. I cannot even say 1 star, but I had to in order to leave a post. AWFUL. Go somewhere else. No consistency, zero follow up, terrible customer service. A week of my life I cannot get back, and still no critter caught. Give your life a break and find another company.
Do not hire this company!!!!!! They make it impossible to cancel service even after contract term is up. When I called the 5th time to cancel they put me on hold yet again to talk to a customer service “manager” who is just a sales person that tells you every reason under the sun as to why they can’t cancel the quarterly service. They said they would have someone call me back cause everyone is busy. And have yet to get a call back.
They never call ahead of time as I was promised. Today they came and since I wasn’t home, they only did the front porch area. They are supposed to do the backyard and inside for the fee I paid. I will not be renewing my service once my contract is up.
