They come when they want to. They do not follow the schedule they create. Poor Customer Service from Tech and call center.

Not impressed with this company and they over charge for the service that is provided. I was told it included both inside and outside and I have had to call them and tell them the inside needed done as well. I was given a scheduled time and they were late and apparently the time wasn't noted even though I confirmed it with a representative. I've had to wait over 4 hours and had to reschedule other appointments around them. I would check into other pest control companies before signing up with ths one.

The first visit was good and made sure they got everything as we were home and watched them. Our contract was for inside and outside the house. The next three times they call 30 minutes before they get there and leave a voicemail. Obviously we are not always home so they just do the outside and leave, then tell you they will do the inside next time in which they do the same thing and call just before showing up, then only do the outside. This company is crooked . I moved and tried terminating service. Even though my new address is not in their service area they are forcing me to pay an early termination fee of over $400. The service is mediocre and they show up without calling when I'm not home constantly. This company should be avoided. The techs are uneducated in their job and the contract is bogus. Very unproffessional, crooked company that is disguised with good marketing.

I cannot believe this company is still in business with all the complaints about their shady business practices. And now I will add my complaints to the long list. I moved at the end of 2018, so I called to cancel my service. They informed me that I had a signed contract for 9 services. What? This was news to me. If I cancel, I would need to pay half of the remaining 2 services, about $100. I said I was not told about the contract for 9 services. They emailed me the contract that I signed. This company sends out workers who do substandard work. This has happened to us 3 times now. The first one, the woman lied about what she had done. The second time the man did 1/3 of what he was supposed to do. This last time, the worker was not at our house longer than 5 minutes and could not have possibly sprayed the exterior and checked the 7 mouse traps. We called to cancel the service and were told that we could cancel, but would still have to pay for the remainder of the contract. We contacted them each time with these... read more

I had a hornet infestation at our home in August of 2018. My wife called Edge Pest Control and a technician came out to inspect on August 18, 2018. The technician gave me a quote for services to treat the hornets that day (the amount was $119.99). They estimated 2 or 3 visits to take care of the problem. I was presented an electronic form which was verbally described to me by the technician as authorization to complete services for that day. I don't know how they can remain in business!! Their practices are corrupt! I wanted one service for a specific issue. They came out and asked me to sign for acknowledgment of the service THAT DAY, but, hmmmm, my signature mysteriously didn't "take" ... so, could I sign again? Sign again? Really? What they attempt to do with that signature, is claim later that you signed a "contract" that you were never presented with, never read, and certainly never agreed to! On 2/22/19 I called Edge to cancel a scheduled service for 2/26 AND to cancel future services all together. I was told by Nickolas my request had been taken care of. On 3/1 a service was performed anyway and I did not get notification of this service prior to being done. Now they are trying to charge me for a service that I did not want or authorize saying my "contract mandates that I speak with a service manager to cancel and I only talked with a service rep.
