I have been a Sail customer for the last couple of years - first in a condo in Santa Clara and then in Fremont since last year. When I moved to single family house I was promised 100Mbps download and I have been consistently getting close to this speed. Recently I had some issues where the internet would disconnect for couple of minutes and it would come back by itself. There isn't any service in my area at this moment, however; the customer service I received in response to my inquiries is top notch. They were responsive, thorough, and a pleasure to correspond with. As soon as they have service in my area, I'll definitely switch to their service.

If you're looking for internet service Sail internet is the way to go! No contracts and or limits You pay only $55 a month My service tech who came to my home was the best and installation was a breeze thank you Jeff

From installation and support, the staff displays exemplary professionalism. Big shout out to Johnathan and his crew for accommodating the less than preferable mounting location. Within a few hours, I was up and running with break neck speeds! Faster downloads and nearly 10x the upload I was currently getting with Comcast. I did have some issues with the connection constantly dropping every 5 minutes, stays up for a 3 minutes, and cycled like this for a while. I then started a support ticket via email, and within 15 mi... read more

I used to love in Santa Clara and Sail was my internet provider which was very good, most problems are fixed and customer service is very good.
