I used to love in Santa Clara and Sail was my internet provider which was very good, most problems are fixed and customer service is very good.

I have been with sail for almost 2 years now. Switched over from Comcast. When I was with comcast residential, the customer service was horrible. Sail on the other hand has great customer service. Once, I had increased latency and packet loss playing video games, a Sail network engineer made an account to test the video game, found there was an issue, and worked with the game company support to fix one of Sail's network configurations. After the fix, everything worked smoothly. I don't get network issues very often, but when... read more

THIS IS WHAT AN INTERNET PROVIDER SHOULD BE!! There was a major storm over the weekend here in San Jose - I was out of town and came back to the internet having been out. I called Sail and was connected to a wonderful rep, Iliana who tried to walk me through some troubleshooting. When that didn't work, she said she would send a tech in the morning. Jonathon and Westin came to the house and were super professional, kind, and helpful. Turns out one of the main lines blew and it fried our entire router/wifi system. The guys... read more

One of the most professional ISPs I've had the good fortune to subscribe to for a home ISP. I've used PacBell ISDN, ATT DSL, Comcast Cable and Common Networks WIFI ISP. But, Sail Internet is the BOMB!!! I'm a network engineer, by trade, and have done a lot of installing Internet connectivity of all kinds. WIFI-based residential services come with all sorts of "got yas" due to California condo, townhome, mobile home, etc. rules. Then, there is your home owner's insurance and your personal "house proud" feelings. Unlike ... read more

We've had Sail internet for a few months now and we couldn't be happier. Working from home strained our previous provider's plan and would have needed to upgrade, but Sail offered amazing download/upload speeds at a fraction of the cost. Wilmer also made installation a very pleasant experience. We're overall very satisfied with Sail.
