I've been with Sail Internet for over a year now and have been satisfied with the performance of our home WiFi. For the first time, I had to call for service (a Saturday!) but they got a technician within one hour, fixed the problem and further enhanced the Internet speed! No regrets switching to Sail Internet from Comcast's service which is either slow or frequently down. Happy camper here

I had Xfinity for years. Lately, I had nightmare for the connection, frequently disconnect even hours. Worst of all, 5mbps upload speed. Comcast wont even give the speed test result for upload. I contact Sail numero times. I dont want to end up with even worse ISP. After the assurance from Sail, no installation fee, cancel anytime and minimum 200 mbps upload and download. We just got it installed at our new home because of delay from Comcast in installing here. So far the speed is good. However, will update if there are any issues

Update - Eight months have passed since I wrote my review. Nothing has changed. I adore the service, and think That the value is incredible.

Just had the installers come by and the internet is blazing fast and they did an amazing job. Great service, extremely friendly employees (both sales and installers), and I appreciate you guys fixing up some things that were already broken prior to the installation. Would strongly recommend to my neighbors, and that's exactly what I will be doing. Will update in the long-run on outages and any further details on the service!
