I've been with Sail since last October. There has only been one outage in a 1/2 year. I get speeds of close to 700 mbps for $55. The bill is that simple: beginning and ending dates for the month I'm billed and $55. No BS like Comcast and AT&T. Also, it is nice to support local ownership. Great customer service, I can't recommend them enough.

While we have made significant strides to add a redundant service link, it is clear that is not enough to stop this deliberate sabotage. We are working with the police to treat this as a crime not an accident. We are securing the site with more physical reinforcement and security monitoring. Had Sail internet installed 2 months ago, and overall, I'm happy with it. The two best things of Sail are: 1. Fast upload and download for a good price. 2. Great customer service. I have been a Sail customer for the last couple of years - first in a condo in Santa Clara and then in Fremont since last year. When I moved to single family house I was promised 100Mbps download and I have been consistently getting close to this speed.
