Had Sail internet installed 2 months ago, and overall, I'm happy with it. The two best things of Sail are: 1. Fast upload and download for a good price. 2. Great customer service. First the installation: Jeff is the technician that came to our house to install the dish and the modem. He went above and beyond to get things working, spending 3h to do the install because our house had been surveyed over a year ago and since then trees and buildings blocked the line of sight. I have Sail Internet for a few days now, and I'm happy with their service so far. I'm especially impressed with Jeff, the technician who set up my WiFi. He not only did a very professional, neat and clean job, but is also very patient and courteous, and answered all my questions in such a way that this senior can understand. I have been a Sail customer for the last couple of years - first in a condo in Santa Clara and then in Fremont since last year. When I moved to single family house I was promised 100Mbps download and I have been consistently getting close to this speed. Recently I had some issues where the internet would disconnect for couple of minutes and it would come back by itself. Before I could reach out to customer support, Rodrigo from Sail reached out to let me know that they have a new relay in Fremont and can re-align my antenna... read more

There isn't any service in my area at this moment, however; the customer service I received in response to my inquiries is top notch. They were responsive, thorough, and a pleasure to correspond with. As soon as they have service in my area, I'll definitely switch to their service.
