Just installed my sail today. The service guy is very professional and came on time. The test speed was close to 200mb/100mb at the beginning. But it drops to 100~150mb/50~70mb later. Not as fast as the owner mention in Yelp (300/200mb.) Not very stable speed. Drops under 50mb sometimes. Continue test.... see what will happen during different weather. Location: Milpitas, CA

I've been with Sail since last October. There has only been one outage in a 1/2 year. I get speeds of close to 700 mbps for $55. The bill is that simple: beginning and ending dates for the month I'm billed and $55. No BS like Comcast and AT&T. Also, it is nice to support local ownership. Great customer service, I can't recommend them enough.

Had Sail internet installed 2 months ago, and overall, I'm happy with it. The two best things of Sail are: 1. Fast upload and download for a good price. 2. Great customer service. First the installation: Jeff is the technician that came to our house to install the dish and the modem. He went above and beyond to get things working, spending 3h to do the install because our house had been surveyed over a year ago and since then trees and buildings blocked the line of sight. I have Sail Internet for a few days now, and I'm happy with their service so far. I'm especially impressed with Jeff, the technician who set up my WiFi. He not only did a very professional, neat and clean job, but is also very patient and courteous, and answered all my questions in such a way that this senior can understand.
