If you DESPISE Comcast for ripping you off all these years, then salvation has come: Sail Internet. $55 Period. Each. And. Every. Month. $55.00 for the last 12 months. I had to wait a year before they came to my area, but dang was it worth the wait. I switched immediately. More than twice the speed for almost half the price. What idiot wouldn't jump? I accidentally saw a service Van from Sail Internet a few houses down from where my house is on Stemel Way in Milpitas a few weeks ago. I then asked the technician to come over to do a field survey to see if I can get Sail internet services. I have Sail internet for about a week now... and am quite happy with it - with just a simple installation of a small disk on my roof and simple wiring. It's incredible that I now have a very fast internet transmissions - consistently 130-160 Mbps download and up to 60 - 70 Mbps upload.... read more

I switched to Sail internet 4 months ago and it's absolutely perfect. I've had no connection drops, plenty of speed, and the staff was very responsive to our needs. I wfh with lots of high re video calls and my family streams videos at the same time no jitters nothing. When the team came to install the tiny dish, they even took down some junky old dishes on my roof at the same time too! Infinitely better than Comcast or AT&T.

I've been with Sail Internet for over a year now and have been satisfied with the performance of our home WiFi. For the first time, I had to call for service (a Saturday!) but they got a technician within one hour, fixed the problem and further enhanced the Internet speed! No regrets switching to Sail Internet from Comcast's service which is either slow or frequently down. Happy camper here

I had Xfinity for years. Lately, I had nightmare for the connection, frequently disconnect even hours. Worst of all, 5mbps upload speed. Comcast wont even give the speed test result for upload. I contact Sail numero times. I dont want to end up with even worse ISP. After the assurance from Sail, no installation fee, cancel anytime and minimum 200 mbps upload and download. I had a bit of issue after installation but was resolved in hours on Sunday morning. Now, there is no disconnect, no cap and 220-250 mbps up and download... read more
