Just had Josh one of the 3 installers come by and setup my internet it is blazing fast and they all did an amazing job. Great service, extremely friendly employees. I appreciate your hard work. I would strongly recommend to my neighbors, and friends to call and set if Sail internet is available for them.

My grandma Dotty had Joshua install her internet this morning. He was very nice and did it quickly. He showed her everything she needed to know about how to operate the internet. She definitely recommends him!

Today three Sail technicians worked for 3 hours to get internet service working in my apartment. Josh, Jeff, and Jose displayed creative teamwork as they diligently succeeded troubleshooting the challenges of antiquated wiring and made everything work properly. I really appreciate their persistent professional expertise.

Been with Sail for over 8 months now and quite frankly it's been solid. I normally see speeds of 300 Mbps down and 200 Mbps up. I have no issues with congestion or anything of the sort. Over time I did have to have the dish adjusted once as a huge windstorm knocked it over, but Sail came out and re-secured the dish and I'm good to go again. Sail is faster, cheaper and more reliable than Starlink (I have both). I live way out in the county in East Foothills Santa Clara County and it's nice to have alternatives like Sail... read more
