Less than 1 star. I rented a small unit, called back same day told them I didn't need space anymore. Was told they were going to send me my money back. Bullsht had to call them 5 times finally got a person. Then. 20 minutes of blah, blah, blah. I think it's illegal taking my money, never set foot in gate. I'm giving them the. Asshat award. DONT DO BUSINESS THERE.

Bunch of scam artists there. They get you in with a low price and don't make it clear that they are raising your monthly charge every 3 months. What started out as 100$ a month in less than a year is now ****** plus their $10 convenience fee to pay over phone which is only way they take payment. Not so convenient. Would give less than 1 star if I could. .

Without as much as a notice I received a bill which increased my unit rental by $75/month. My attempts to file a complaint was met by the response that this is not a BBB Accredited business. This forum is therefore the only one that allows me an opportunity to warn people about Public Storage companies and their horrible business practices and their illicit gouging of an unsuspecting renter.

I concur and agree with all the other reviews on here I have the same experience. They jack-up your rent within 3 to 6 months by exorbitant amounts, and then the late fees are also astronomical, 50, 60 bucks!! Nothing fair or reasonable by this profit driven company

The people who run this facility are NEVER there. I am only allowed to make payment by money order. There is never anyone there to accept my payment so I leave it in the box. They don't apply my payment until 2-3 days later and then add a late fee even though I paid on time. ***** called from the office today and told me I had to pay the late fee because I drop it in the box and she didnt apply it until 3 days later. This Public Storage on *********************** in ****** is a HUGE rip off. My rent went up $120, which works out to a 27% increase, withOUT notifying me. They tried to do it in January, after only being in my unit for less than 5 months. I called 4 times in 3 days & finally received a call back from a nasty lady who basically said, "too bad". my storage space , Artesia ********** when I arrived to retrieve my belongings last month after. 7 years out of state .My unit had been open and locked by management TOO soon on a preliminary lean . The next day my bill was paid and their lock was on it .being out of state I could not relock it and no one else was alloyed to. I have pictures of a jumbled mess boxes opened and ruffled through and no one will admit it was entered .

They keep saying I owe when Ive already paid my bill several times. They charged me $51 3x already saying my payment bounced when it didnt.
