Waited for tech to sign me in for an oil change for 15 minutes. Understand they were busy. Then he told me up to 2 hours for the oil change! My time is valuable and should have rescheduled but I stayed🤦‍♀️. Appointment for 11. I walked out at 2:45. If you write a check to avoid 3% card fee, you wait while they run the check to be sure it clears your bank.

I dropped my car off last Monday and Armani contacted me later that day and informed me that parts would have to be ordered for my car. Tuesday I was told that incorrect part was ordered and car would need to remain another night but should be ready next day. I waited for majority of day and didn't hear from Armani. I texted and called and left voicemail no answer. He was off and I was not aware and my car was not repaired.

My car died 1 mile from dealership & they didn't have tow truck or any way to get my car to dealership. Wouldn't even come with a vehicle to jump start mine.

After service same issue is still present. I texted Armani back letting him know issue still present. Also called and left him a voicemail and have not heard back

Over priced service, with an appointment I waited almost two hours for an oil change

Service advisor had an attitude and treated me like I was an issue to deal with because I asked questions… he didn’t like that I asked simple questions. I would re evaluate how the training goes if this is what your forefront operates like. I will not be returning to this dealership for this reason. There’s no excuse for these actions.

It was great except I was under the impression I was to wait 2 hours for my truck and it turned out to be 3 . Get rid of the AI person to book service appointments - very frustrating. I have been getting my truck maintained @ the dealership for 13 years but if I have to deal with AI again, I'll look for another place to have my truck maintained.
