My complaint is that Service Financial CO. LLC (a Truist subsidiary) did not send me a truth and lending statement and other documents which they admit was sent to an unverified address and further never called or texted or emailed me information on who, when and where to send payments or when contract start date was. For almost 3 months they sat on the loan so they could eventually penalize me for interest on a loan they failed to send me required documentation for. Truist claim they are still investigating a loan check for $760 from ************ Loan Company that was deposited to my account on 7/11/23, when loan officer requested funds be returned to him to verify the account immediately reported possible fraud to Truist. Two separate holds put on funds on 7/11/23, first hold $535 to be released on 7/13/23, the total $760 to be released on 7/20/23 then the account was closed was not informed until days later. Flagged my subscriptions that I have for spotify and other payments that have been the same for the last two years saying they were considered out of state transactions- all because I needed a replacement debit card. Its been over 3 weeks of not being able to pay bills, feed myself or using my account to only clear checks and take cash out of atm. They don't have an accurate billing department. I've made payments to this company for several years, but when I ask why this past month or any other month has not shown on my bank statement, they send me to the "billing" department. Each person in the billing department has a different story, one stating that my bank may be telling me something, when they see something different. So,in my most recent experience, I feel ripped off.

****** was part of a cryptic faceless organization and she could not answer any of my questions, especially questions relating to who was in charge of the fraud department. She would not deny that the company is a cryptic faceless organization. No one has this organization gets held accountable for obvious criminal abuse. Their Customer ********************** and Business practices are terrible. Truist Bank does not communicate with their Customers how money will be released. Since the merge I have had 1 problem after another with this bank and the only reason Im still here is because I do my Mothers banking

This is the worst company to deal with! You would think that a top 10 nationwide bank would have simple basic services or even further detailed information about an account but no, they do not. All of the information for their accounts is vague, generic and completely untrustworthy. Want to call about something wrong with your account or to honestly speak with a human being any time? They keep calling my number asking for someone that I have never heard of. I've asked them a dozen times to stop and they say "okay" and apologize and then call back the next day. I called them back and asked ******* to remove this number from their records. She said she needs the account number or social security number on the account. I explained that I couldn't come up with that information if you offered me a million dollars. The worst bank ever. Horrible customer **********************, lack of communication and then blames it on the consumer. Disrespectful and distasteful. Once my husband and I are done with paying these astronomical fees, we are closing our account. These are some sorry people at Truist.
