I wanted to write a great review because I read all the negative reviews and was very worried. My son genuinely loved all of the nurses and therapists. He said the food was good. I was relieved to hear this and wanted to share what a positive experience it was. The schedule and structure they have for children really helps. The rooms were clean and they did laundry every few days. Thank you for taking care of the patients so well.

It was alright but definitely seen some racial things going on while's in there and what bothered me most while's is there, they constantly push a cigarette break way more then going to the gym and being healthy like what the hell!

The very best Staff! Dr. Vincent Ho is brilliant. Hospital is extremely clean. Compassionate staff.

Daughter needed help to get through issues. Felt like we in prison we were left in small closed room i was worried for her on first night. I said goodbye then i had to fill out papers- i think they forgot i was in there i knocked on window to get let out.... Daughter seemed to be treated very well had fun therapy gym, sounded happy on phone! However, im trying to reach south wing staff as her glasses were left we have the case no glasses black rimmed so if someone please find them and contact me no one answers phone.

Helped me with detox from alchohol. The doctor was very nice and understandable. I called the night before to find out info cause I was very sick and got admitted the next night when I went. People might complain about little things, but they did the job . Now I am just recovering at home , trying to sleep the medicine off. I was there for 3 days. How I said, my main goal was to detox. Medicaid paid for it, so no complaints.

thought it was a little weird that they made us play dodgeball in the psych ward but yk whatever works.. the ice cream was absolutely bomb ngl but their bread was hard as a rock! free time was pretty fun and so was the outdoor activities but nothing beats the free reign of the tv. anyways shout out to the tech that helped my mom check me out early ilysm ill never forget you

As a RN myself I know good care and good medical staff , I had a loved one here and the type of care they received was absolutely amazing. The nurses made sure myself and everyone in the family was kept in the know about everything.

They offer medical assistance as long as the patient is willing . My daughter has anosognosia so she has no i sight that she is ill. Non compliant with medication and reality. She was released while still in psychosis because according to the doctor she is eating , bathes , and does laundry . It's ungodly and unacceptable. I do have to give the nurses a kudos. They seem to be very loving and caring with what they hay to work with . Zero empathy and understanding from the doctor. Ours be they the mental health legal sys... read more

My Wife went there recently. She said she really appreciate the ENTIRE staff from the therapists, nurses and medical staff. She mentioned the Doctor was very kind and had empathy. She felt heard and understood and appreciated their Professionalism. The facility was clean and the food was good. Thank You for taking care of my wife.
