While my experience with the local staff has been very positive and supportive- I think the two local offices are part of a larger company that is somewhat problematic. That fact is impacting the reviews the Henderson office gets. That's a shame. I have had a wonderful experience with my psychiatrist Ashley Koehler. The general patient portal is the issue. Here if you want a review from a patient, I'm a teenager. I went here twice, once because my new therapist was worried about my well being, the second time was because I tried. The care when I had when I went in the teens unit was pretty good, some of the staff were moody on some days but overall okay. They put us in rooms of 2 (kid and another kid). Always same gender. If you have a problematic teenager and are at a loss on what to do and who can help, i highly recommend bringing your child to Seven Hills hospital. This hospital is a medical detox facility that also helps with teens/adults that abuse drugs or are a danger to themselves or the public. If you are trying to detox an unruly teen, I would highly suggest you just tell them they have a dr appointment. Medical care for my seizures was okay, very nice staff. Outpatient treatment too. Only issues were the people who controlled remote. NA AA meetings were okay.

Amazing care and compassion. If you're looking for an effective substance or alcohol treatment plan, one that truly sets you up to succeed and makes you as comfortable as possible, call the good docs and staff at Seven Hills. Where as another facility (Land---k) caused me to suffer by not having withdrawal meds for me for 3 days, I checked out, did my research, and landed at Seven Hills. I went here for over a week for a substance abuse problem . They are clean and have good food and plenty of resources . They referred me to vogue recovery center , I spent a month there and am now free of substances . I recommend going here they have great staff and can help you along in your recovery.

I believe his name was Dr. Stevenson he was amazing 2012. This hospital should be used as a role model for how all institutions should function like humane and clean. With healthy choice of food and clean water. This was 2011/12

The staff here are friendly and compassionate. It makes it more tolerable for a week stay here.
